About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Skilled) position for Tues-Sat 11:00am-7:00pm. In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.
