We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience working on repack lines to join our dynamic team. Requirements

Proven experience working as a maintenance technician, specifically on repack lines or similar packaging equipment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or related fields preferred.

Nice To Haves

ARPAC Certified preferred.
Certified HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on repack line equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on repack lines and implement effective solutions.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all repairs and inspections.
Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment on the repack line.
Perform repair and preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings, and facility grounds across the organization.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
