About The Position
This role is for a Maintenance Technician - PT. The ideal candidate has the skills and experience to fix anything and is looking for a part-time position. The position involves performing a variety of maintenance repairs, responding to maintenance requests, cleaning and preparing apartment homes, ensuring proper storage of maintenance supplies, monitoring the community and grounds, and assisting with setting up activities and events.
Requirements
- Prior Maintenance, Housekeeping and/or Janitorial experience.
- A positive attitude and love working with people!
- Enjoy being busy with a variety of tasks.
- The go-to person whenever someone needs something fixed!
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint and more!
- Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
- Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
- Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
- Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
- Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
