Requirements

• Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to read and understand complex schematic diagrams and other manufacturer information.
• 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• 5 years of mechanical, HVAC and electrical experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certificate or the ability to obtain within 3 months after hire.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical or relevant course of study.
• Knowledge of CMMS software.
• Knowledge of overhead cranes and hoists.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on facility HVAC systems and other types of refrigeration equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repair on facility air systems including air compressors and air dryers.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair our various types of machine tools including mills, lathes, machining centers as well as cranes and other facility equipment.
• Assist in installation or moving mills, lathes and machining centers.
• Assist with installation of telephones, network systems, security systems and facility electrical systems.
• Handle all types of maintenance to building, grounds, and facility.
