About The Position

Weinstein Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician (Make Ready) to join our team for the summer. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership and competitive pay. The position is expected to run from now through August. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that takes pride in its community, this could be a great fit. There is potential for permanent employment if performance is strong and an opportunity becomes available.

Requirements

At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
Reliable transportation
Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
Ability to drive a golf cart
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Experience using hand and power tools
Background check required

Nice To Haves

EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Responsibilities

Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
