Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, maintenance, technical service, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience receiving, shipping, and managing inventory.
  • Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and follow technical procedures, work instructions, and manuals without supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory management software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Current or previous forklift certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift and scissor lift certification.
  • Experience with parts repair, refurbishment, or technical product support.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, service, or technical warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately document incoming shipments.
  • Pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Track inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Organize inventory to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility.
  • Ensure materials, tools, and parts are properly labeled and stored.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding orders, shipments, returns, and product inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Resolve routine customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform minor repairs, refurbishment, and testing of parts and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues using established procedures.
  • Interpret technical documentation, service manuals, and work instructions.
  • Follow detailed technical procedures independently and accurately.
  • Identify components requiring advanced repair and escalate as necessary.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts after certification.
  • Load and unload trucks while adhering to safety procedures.
  • Transport materials and equipment as required.
  • Assist with deliveries and pickups when needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and work areas.
  • Report safety concerns, equipment damage, and operational issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records related to shipments, inventory, and repairs.
