About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician Level 1, you will play a key role in our manufacturing preventative maintenance process, working closely with all team members to ensure that machines and equipment is running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment, including CNC Lathes, CNC Machining Centers/Mills, Press Brakes, Laser Cutters, Band Saws, Shot Blasters, Iron Workers, Compressors, Catalytic Ovens, Forklifts, and Conveyor Belts.
Inspect and replace coolant, lubricants, and filters per maintenance schedule.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance protocols.
Assist in developing and refining preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
Perform general facility maintenance as required as it relates to HVAC, Ventilation, & Plumbing Systems, Minor Electrical, and Maintenance Room & Supplies.
Coordinate with supply chain team to maintain proper stock levels of needed maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts.
Help to improve and maintain the maintenance room in good working condition.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with external service providers.
Work with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
