Maintenance Technician (Lead) Senior- Days
About The Position
We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot complex issues, keep a fast-moving warehouse running, and guide other techs when things get tough. If you’re the one people already turn to when something breaks, you’ll fit right in here. This role involves leading daily maintenance operations in a busy warehouse environment, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, supporting and mentoring other technicians, performing and overseeing preventive maintenance, coordinating with operations and vendors to minimize downtime, and tracking work orders and repairs in a CMMS.
Requirements
- 5+ years in industrial / warehouse maintenance
- Strong electrical + mechanical troubleshooting
- Experience with conveyors & facility systems
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Knowledge of OSHA / LOTO safety standards
- Ability to work independently and take charge
Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations in a busy warehouse environment

- Jump in on breakdowns and get equipment back online fast
- Support and mentor other technicians on the floor
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance
