About The Position

The Maintenance Technician III will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, facility systems, and related machinery in a fast-paced bakery manufacturing environment. This role supports preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment uptime, safety, GMP compliance, and daily production needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production systems.
• Knowledge of industrial controls, sensors, motors, conveyors, production equipment, and facility support systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, equipment repair, documentation, and work order systems.
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and safety mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Associate Degree in Industrial Electronics, Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on bakery production equipment, facility systems, and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and complete work orders through the maintenance management system.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, electrical diagrams, and equipment documentation.
• Follow all safety, LOTO, PPE, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• Operate or obtain certification to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other powered industrial equipment as needed.
• Partner with production, sanitation, and safety teams to support maintenance priorities and production goals.
