About The Position

This role is responsible for the regular upkeep, optimization, improvement, and renewal of large and small automation. The technician will monitor and respond to daily maintenance needs to ensure optimal equipment operation. They will collaborate with operations teams to support continuous improvement, quality investigations, and long-term projects. The technician will also interact directly with internal customers in manufacturing and share learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Proficient at mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in a quality-driven work environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and execute tasks thoroughly independently.
  • Strong communication skills with the proven ability to relate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience following standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work safely in difficult-to-access areas.
  • Commitment to safe work practices.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Working experience with vision system programming.
