This role is for a Maintenance Technician III at Suites at Falls Creek Resort, located in Orlando, FL. The primary responsibility is to ensure that guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are well-maintained and attractive. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities maintenance
• Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
• Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification – will be required to work on split-system units
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects.
• Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
• Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceilings.
• Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned by your leader.
