Requirements

Associate's Degree in related field of study from an accredited college or university required or equivalent military/industry training, which includes a thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical & control systems and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing industry required
In lieu of Associate's Degree with five (5) years of experience, may consider a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience required
Demonstrated experience in leading equipment troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis required
Demonstrated ability to train & mentor team members on maintenance processes & technical documentation (SOPs & PMs, SAP) required

Nice To Haves

Experience in planning/organizing work, managing execution, checking results & revising the work plan in accordance with the daily work plan a plus

Responsibilities

Follow Standard Operating Procedures in performance of assigned duties
Develop & establish maintenance procedures, maintenance plans & spare parts lists for processes assigned
Lead and perform corrective & preventative maintenance on assigned process in a timely manner
Ability to interpret mechanical & electrical specifications, drawings & other technical data sheets
Ability to work rotating shifts, night shifts, extended shifts and/or weekends
Ensure all maintenance activities are correctly documented in SAP
Partner with process owners to actively improve performance & reliability of process equipment
Develop, coach and train the maintenance team in areas of expertise, as well as learning new systems
Lead team in Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) tools to establish Root Cause Analysis & resolve equipment issues
Work with Process Owners on practical changes or improvements to equipment & department work practices.
Collaborate with Engineers & Manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot equipment problems
Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties
