This role is responsible for keeping Production, HVAC, facility equipment, and infrastructure in good working order. The technician will detect and correct errors before damage occurs to machinery or products. This position requires the ability to operate equipment, disassemble it for repair or part replacement, and possess knowledge of electrical, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics for repairing sophisticated equipment. After repairs, the technician must test the machine to ensure proper and smooth operation. Responsibilities include performing tear downs, rebuilds, and preventive maintenance, as well as participating in the development and training of Maintenance Technician I employees. The role also involves working a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to Health, Safety, and Quality policies, including the use of PPE.
