American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Alon at Castle Hills, a 306-unit residential community in San Antonio, TX. The Maintenance Technician II plays a critical role in the efficient maintenance operation of the property, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. This role may also involve due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, and participation in company-sponsored committees or functions.

Requirements

Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
HVAC Certified
Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
Irrigation knowledge
Background and drug screening are a requirement.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
Responding to work orders within 24 hours.
Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing.
Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.
Tracking inventory used.
Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs.
