Requirements

• Ability to diagnose machine and equipment problems.
• Ability to repair machines and equipment.
• Ability to install new machines and equipment.
• Ability to read schematic diagrams.
• Ability to train operators in equipment operation.
• Ability to fabricate production equipment.
• Ability to set up and operate machinery (milling machine, lathe, etc.).
• Ability to perform fundamental work on CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties of the Maintenance Technician I position.
• Performs a variety of more complex maintenance functions.
• Diagnoses machine and equipment problems and repairs as needed.
• Installs new machines and equipment.
• Reads schematic diagrams.
• Trains operators in the operation of production equipment.
• Fabricates production equipment, such as jigs and carts.
• Sets up and operates machinery, such as milling machines and lathes.
• Performs fundamental work on CNC equipment.
