About The Position
R&L Spring is a family-run manufacturer with a strong team culture and clean facility. We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician II to help keep our equipment and building running safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and work on equipment up to 480V
- Comfortable using hand and power tools and standard measuring equipment
Nice To Haves
- Basic welding/fabrication experience is a plus
- PLC, motors, and controls experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility
- Assist with equipment installs, moves, and basic fabrication/welding
- Handle minor building repairs and order parts as needed
- Support 5S and continuous improvement efforts
- Follow all safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tagout
