This role involves handling all aspects of property maintenance, from curb appeal to apartment turnovers and preventative care, responding to service requests quickly and efficiently (usually within 24 hours), following best practices and company policies to keep residents and the team safe, communicating with residents and team members, and supporting the team by helping wherever needed and keeping positive energy flowing.

Requirements

  • Semi-skilled in general home maintenance or skilled in a related field.
  • Type II or Universal refrigerant certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk up to 10 miles a day, and handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of property maintenance, from curb appeal to apartment turnovers and preventative care.
  • Complete service requests quickly and efficiently, usually within 24 hours.
  • Follow best practices and company policies to keep our residents and team safe.
  • Communicate with residents and team members, ensuring everyone’s needs are met.
  • Jump in to help wherever needed and keep the positive energy flowing!
