As a Maintenance Technician II, your role is crucial to the company's success, involving property maintenance operations under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. A new bonus structure includes a $100 on-call stipend plus overtime, and potential bonuses of up to $250 based on make-ready status and work order completion.

Requirements

Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
HVAC Certified
Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
Irrigation knowledge

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
Responding to work orders within 24 hours
Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing
Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
Tracking inventory used
Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs
