About The Position
Princeton Property Management is looking for a part-time experienced Maintenance Tech II to join our team! We are looking for someone with property management maintenance experience, including turns, minor electrical and plumbing, grounds and can work with a team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management maintenance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivation and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
- Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
- Complete apartment turns.
- Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
