About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician II at Trinity Property Consultants, you will operate independently across multiple trades. You will be responsible for completing service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with confidence, while helping to maintain high operational standards across the property. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of our properties, contributing to vibrant communities and meaningful careers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
  • Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of appliances.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
  • Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching as well as use of hands and arms.
  • Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
  • Ability to work at a personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices while in the field.

Nice To Haves

  • Universal EPA Certification is preferred.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred (where applicable).

Responsibilities

  • Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
  • Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
  • Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Maintain inventory and shop organization.
  • Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
  • Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
  • Maintain personal tool inventory.
  • Complete required safety and compliance training.
  • Support and guide Technician I team members when needed.
