Maintenance Technician II - 2nd Shift
About The Position
ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in New Berlin, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining industrial laundry machinery, working with various systems such as electrical, boilers, pumps, compressors, and hydraulics. You will troubleshoot mechanical devices, work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, and perform general maintenance operations. A valid driver's license and a successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check are required for this position. The pay for this role is $32-$33.48 an hour, based on experience. The 2nd shift schedule is 1:30pm-9:30pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Facilities Maintenance (or similar)
- 3–5 years’ related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical and equipment issues
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
