About The Position

Responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment such as plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED.
  • One to two years of relevant experience.
  • Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and or certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • May required to have a valid driver’s license.
  • Forklift and electric pallet jack certification may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspects, diagnosis, troubleshoots, maintains, repairs, and services filed equipment and components.
  • Complies all company safety and environmental rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Stops at risk behavior of others and self.
  • Ensures systems and components meet established specifications.
  • Maintains hand and power tools and other equipment in proper condition.
  • Documents and verifies equipment problems and repairs.
  • Performs preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc...
  • Performs general cleaning and maintains clean work area.
  • Uses measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify electronic parts.
  • Maintains logs and schedules.
  • Uses proper personal protective equipment.
  • Understands customer service and satisfaction.
  • Understands reporting systems and importance of the environment.
  • Communicates complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers.
  • Responds positively to requests in a timely manner.
