American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Boulders Lakeside, a 460-unit residential community in North Chesterfield, VA. The Maintenance Technician II plays a critical role in the efficient maintenance operation of the property, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. This role may also involve due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, and participation in company committees.
Requirements
- Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
- HVAC Certified
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
- Irrigation knowledge
- Background and drug screening are a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
- Responding to work orders within 24 hours.
- Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing.
- Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.
- Tracking inventory used.
- Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs.
