About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team to help keep our property safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and staff. Requirements

2+ years of maintenance experience required
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

Trade certifications or specialized training are a plus

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and completing repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
Responding to work orders efficiently and professionally
Assisting with apartment/unit turnovers
Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections
Maintaining curb appeal, grounds, and common areas
Supporting emergency and on-call maintenance needs as scheduled
Working alongside vendors and assisting less experienced team members when needed

Competitive pay: Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience, plus the potential to earn a 2.5% incentive bonus.
Day Schedule with some nights or weekends: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an on-call schedule.
