Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment, electrical panels and protective wiring, including all property lighting, pools and pool equipment, appliances in apartments, general plumbing, general carpentry, and electric motors, controls, and auxiliary equipment.
Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, excessive wear, and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.
Manages inventory and performs shop maintenance.
Delivers an exceptional customer experience, both internally and externally, as defined in our Company’s Engaging Vision of Customer Service.
Establishes rapport with Residents and provides personalized service.
Handles Resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
