About The Position

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Maintenance Technician II to join their team. This role will support the Maintenance Lead with daily operations at the Townhouse Square Apartments in Vancouver, Washington. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a wage range of $25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additional compensation includes a $50/month phone reimbursement and a $100/month auto reimbursement, along with bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. This role involves performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the community.

Requirements

2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds.
Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
