About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning property for our guests and team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance technician experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain hotel systems to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and communicate completion with the front desk
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Maintain grounds, landscaping, and parking areas
- Complete general repairs including painting, carpentry, and minor cleaning tasks
- Keep maintenance and storage areas clean, organized, and secure
- Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards
- Maintain professional appearance and punctual attendance
