Maintenance Technician I - 3rd Shift
About The Position
The Maintenance Technician I role is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment. This role requires moderate supervision and may include mentoring technicians or other maintenance members. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical diagrams and manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct detailed preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor Preventive Maintenance Technicians as needed
- Assist in identifying parts and tools needed for repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
