Maintenance Technician I
About The Position
Maryland Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join their team. This role is responsible for completing resident work orders, apartment turnovers, emergency on-call maintenance after hours, and snow removal. The ideal candidate will follow safety procedures while performing duties and may be assigned other duties and special projects as needed. Requirements
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
- Reliable transportation
- Own tools
Nice To Haves
- HVAC (EPA 608) certification
- Apartment Maintenance experience
Responsibilities
