Watson Custom Tanks is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician I to join our Facilities Maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you'll help maintain and repair machinery, equipment, tools, and facility systems that support our manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
- Working knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V three-phase
- Pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance experience
- Ability to use fabrication and metalworking equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, and precision measuring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety
- Ability to work effectively with teammates across the organization
Nice To Haves
- Welding experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and machinery issues
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Inspect components for wear, alignment, and performance issues
- Repair and install pneumatic, hydraulic, and air systems
- Use welding and fabrication skills to repair or create parts as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support facility maintenance projects and other assigned duties
