About The Position

This role is responsible for the general maintenance of all facilities and property, including upholstery work and maintenance on furniture and Table Games layouts. The technician will perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks under the guidance of supervisory personnel to ensure the proper upkeep of the property. A key aspect of the role involves following a scheduled preventive maintenance plan and responding promptly and professionally to all service calls.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.
• Ability to perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects related to maintenance of the property.
• Required to stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.
• Required to bend or stoop and to lift up to 100 pounds, including lifting overhead.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
