About The Position
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the general maintenance function and cleaning duties to ensure safe working conditions and to meet or exceed regulatory compliance. The role partners with the management team to create and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to use basic hand tools.
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow task specific instructions, such as Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
- Must be a team player with strong verbal skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and organized environment, including sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, and laundry.
- Shipping and Receiving packages daily.
- Inventory.
- Delivering Supplies to departments.
- Furniture assembly and Installation.
- Assist with facility upkeep and general maintenance.
