Join us and make a difference today. This position is for a full-time Maintenance Tech I to work at Kukui Tower, a 380-unit family affordable housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a HUD and Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary range: $19.95- $30.40 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.95 - $25.18 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
