About The Position

The Part Time Maintenance Technician I will help maintain the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. This role is part of a growing, innovation-driven team at Christmas Mountain Village Resort.

Requirements

• 0-6 months previous experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, sit, crouch, walk, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical tasks.
• Climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead.
• Maintain detailed record keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
