Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician I - 3rd Shift to join our team in Beltsville, MD! The core hours are 11 pm - 7:30 am. The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 per hour + 10% shift differential. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in maintenance
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Nice To Haves

Two (2) + years of experience in maintenance.
Two (2) + years of experience in industrial maintenance, specifically CNC machining, metal working, and welding machines

Responsibilities

Perform entry level corrective and preventative maintenance under direct supervision. This includes observing equipment in operation, dismantling equipment to remove and replace defective parts, and adjusting control instruments.
Conduct routine machine lubrication, coolant changes, and chip removal per schedules.
Assemble devices received in kit form, such as furniture and shelving units.
Provide support for other maintenance technicians as directed by leadership.
Assist in facilities maintenance projects as needed.
