Maintenance Technician I - The Pacific
About The Position
Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to join their Pacific team located in Long Beach. The Maintenance Technician I will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the common areas and amenities of the HOA community. This includes performing preventative maintenance tasks such as inspecting systems, changing filters, and ensuring safety compliance. The role also involves responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting and repairing issues involving plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas. The position requires a quick response to emergencies like leaks or outages and coordination with outside vendors to ensure high-quality, timely work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- EPA 608 Universal preferred.
- Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired.
