Requirements

• Two or more years of Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, and air conditioning, as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Working knowledge of boilers & hot water heaters
• Can work independently or with a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition on a daily basis.
• Be responsible for prioritizing daily work.
• Respond to work order requests and radio calls in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as pumps, engines, motors, air conditioning system, refrigeration system and so forth by repairing or replacing defective parts.
• Install limited plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical devices, refrigeration, air conditioning and other equipment.
• Adjust, with electrical meters and other test equipment, functional parts of motors and control instruments.
• Clean and lubricate parts.
• Test equipment performance and record reading of tested equipment.
• Keep records of work performed.
