About The Position
American Landmark Apartments, recognized as a top workplace for five consecutive years, is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician I for Sol Riverside, a 350-unit residential community in Grande Prairie, TX. The Maintenance Technician I plays a crucial role in the efficient maintenance operation of the property, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. The role may also involve due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, and participation in company committees or events. A new bonus structure offers a $100 stipend for on-call duty plus overtime, and bonuses up to $250 based on make-ready status and work order completion.
Requirements
- Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
- Irrigation knowledge
- Background and drug screening are a requirement
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment
- Responsive, courteous, and efficient in the handling all resident requests
