This entry-level role assists in ensuring equipment reliability while maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for performing "Troubleshooting" and completing repairs to keep manufacturing equipment running efficiently, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic components. You will coordinate the completion of the corrective maintenance work order (CMWO) with the manufacturing area to complete the tasks according to the established itinerary and minimizing "downtime". You will also be responsible for executing preventive maintenance (PM) associated with manufacturing equipment within the established times, assisting with routine maintenance on cleanroom and manufacturing equipment, and performing basic troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and low-voltage electrical issues. Replacing basic manufacturing parts (e.g., filters, sensors, belts, motors), following GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory guidelines, documenting work activities per eCMMS and procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized, and contamination-controlled work environment are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be able to support special projects or assignments, such as improvements to manufacturing equipment, "layouts", and testing of new equipment or technologies.
