About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our manufacturing equipment operating safely and reliably through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes a practical approach to problem solving, and takes pride in keeping things running the way they should.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment required
Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in manufacturing equipment
Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs
Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize work and respond effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work first shift (6AM – 3PM)
Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
0-2 years equipment repair experience

Nice To Haves

Experience maintaining powder coating paint systems preferred
Experience repairing CNC equipment preferred
Experience repairing welding equipment preferred

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunctions
Conduct tests to ensure proper machine functionality
Complete preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures and downtime
Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions
Repair machinery and equipment using appropriate tools and techniques
Replace worn or damaged parts as needed
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Follow all safety and environmental policies and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform other duties as required
