About The Position

This is an entry-level position for individuals eager to learn and grow in property maintenance. The role involves ensuring guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-the-house areas are in top condition to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. Requirements

• 6 months to 1-year related experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Basic drywall, painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs
• Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment
• Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance
• Replace faulty plumbing components
• Detailed record keeping
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership
