About The Position

American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician I for EightyOne 10 Blue Goose, a 300 unit residential community located in Manor, TX. The Maintenance Technician I role is crucial to AL's success, involving due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, and potentially serving on company committees. The primary responsibility is ensuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. A new bonus structure is in place, offering a $100 stipend for on-call duty in addition to overtime, and bonuses up to $250 based on make-ready status and work order completion.

Requirements

• Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
• Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
• Irrigation knowledge
• Background & drug screening are a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment
• Responsive, courteous, and efficient in the handling all resident requests
