The Community Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing property assets. This role involves responding to maintenance issues and completing tasks within defined timing and quality requirements. Assigned tasks may include work in mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other general maintenance activities. The technician will also be responsible for ordering and replacing supplies, pressure washing various property elements, installing and repairing signs, and maintaining records of work orders using an iPad. Additionally, the role requires cleaning and maintaining company tools and equipment, conducting routine equipment tests, and assisting with any maintenance operations to ensure workflow, meet schedules, and maintain quality. Participation in meetings and work groups is also expected to integrate activities, communicate issues, and stay updated on developments.
