Requirements

- Perform high-quality painting for apartment turnovers, touch-ups, and common areas.
- Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
- Conduct daily inspections of community amenities and common spaces.
- Support seasonal tasks such as irrigation and pool upkeep.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members regarding work orders.
