Role Overview: Maintenance Technician I (MT1): Execution-focused role. Works from defined procedures to handle known problems and routine maintenance. Escalates when complexity exceeds scope. Pay range: $20–$25/hr. Maintenance Technician II (MT2): Problem-solving-focused role. Operates in ambiguous situations, identifies root causes, improves systems, and leads the reliability strategy for the facility. Pay range: $26–$32/hr.
