About The Position
Michels Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I - Facilities. This role works under direct supervision to develop skills while supporting ongoing improvements to equipment, maintenance systems, and processes, helping to maximize overall efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability. The role will assist in the repair of HVAC equipment, fixtures, systems, and other equipment at the facility as required. This role will also assist with a variety of plumbing maintenance for water, gas, and oil. Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Prior experience with equipment operations
- Must possess a valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
Responsibilities
- Assist in the repair of HVAC equipment, fixtures, systems, and other equipment at facility as required.
- Assist with a variety of plumbing maintenance for water, gas and oil.
