Maintenance Technician HVAC
About The Position
Seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Beacon Apartments. Responsibilities include responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, painting, and grounds maintenance. The role involves resolving maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the technician will prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, and maintain grounds and common areas. Providing outstanding customer service to residents is also a key aspect of the position.
Requirements
- At least 2 plus of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- HVAC Certified

Responsibilities
