About The Position

Seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician in Conroe, Texas. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, including painting, groundskeeping, and resolving maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing, and appliance repair. The technician will also prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, and maintain the cleanliness of grounds and common areas, while providing outstanding customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Complete resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner.
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation).

Nice To Haves

• HVAC and CPA certified is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
