About The Position

Seeking a Maintenance Technician for Freedom Park Apartments. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests promptly, handling painting tasks, and resolving maintenance issues across various systems including A/C, electrical, sheetrock, plumbing, and appliance repair. The position also includes preparing vacant apartments for market readiness through repairs and improvements, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds and common areas. Providing excellent customer service to residents is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

At least 2 plus of onsite experience
HVAC
Possess valid Identification

Responsibilities

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
Paint and pick up grounds
Painting
Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
