About The Position

Boston Creek Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician HVAC. This is a full-time position responsible for responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status, and providing outstanding customer service to residents. The role involves a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, groundskeeping, and resolving issues related to A/C, electrical, sheetrock, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Requirements

At least 2 plus of onsite experience
Possess valid Identification
Full-Time Position
1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs)
Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs)
Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry
Must be HVAC certified
Team player
Hard worker
Be able to lift and bend
Have own tools
Must be able to handle on calls rotate with Lead

Nice To Haves

Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred
Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves)
EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
Paint and pick up grounds
Painting
Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
